The benefits of having your weave on clips are the ability to take it off at any given time. Whether you are going swimming or to sleep, simply unclick the clips and set aside for later. Some of the most popular uses of Clip-On extensions are weddings, proms, parties, and photo-shoots. Extension clips are the easiest way to turn your weave into a clip-in set. Extension clips work great on hand-tied wefts as well as machine tied wefts and can be sewn on using regular thick thread that matches the color of the weaving stitch. The “teeth” of the clip should be sewn on facing downwards for optimal hold when installed. Back combing part of the hair where the clips will be attaching is the optimal way to ensure that they don’t slide down the hair shaft.
